October 2018 marked a celebratory month for the Greater Bay Area in China with both the Hong Kong-Macau-Zhuhai Bridge and the first Zhuhai Design Week opening at the same time.  The Design Week was held at the most compelling convention facilities in the region - Zhuhai International Convention and Exhibition Centre.  The façade design of the associated 330m Zhuhai Tower was led by 10 Design.  The upper zone of the tower is dedicated to St Regis Hotel opened also in October, whilst the lower zone is occupied by premium office space.  10 Design is currently leading the design for phase 2 of the convention facility which is expected to open in 2020.
