Shenzhen Prince Bay Plaza
Shenzhen, China
The Shenzhen Prince Bay Plaza is a premium mixed use development comprising a 250m super high rise office tower and a series of retail pavilions unified around a central courtyard.
Our design concept, 'Sail Tower', reflects the important history of the site being the 'Maritime Silk Road' during the Ming Dynasty and the significance of the area as a future maritime gateway to the wider Shenzhen district.
