Nick Cordingley (RIBA, ARB) is a Design Principal at 10 Design (part of egis Group). Nick has over 24 years of international experience and has led the design and delivery of a diverse array of works throughout Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. His expertise spans numerous sectors encompassing residential, hospitality, mixed-use, research & science, as well as large-scale masterplans.
An architect celebrated on an international stage, Nick has amassed a collection of accolades from leading professional bodies and prominent media organizations, including CTBUH, World Architecture Festival, MIPIM, Cityscape, and World Architecture News, among others. His notable award-winning projects include:
The 240m Greatwall Complex in China – the first project in the city of Wuhan being certified for LEED Platinum Core and Shell in 2018.
Bluewaters Residences in Dubai – luxury living spaces situated on new man-made island, designed to optimize panoramic sea views and the value of the waterfront
Galaxy International Convention Centre and Andaz Hotel in Macau – a world-class, immersive MICE and entertainment destination within Galaxy Entertainment Group’s integrated resort precinct.
Prince Bay Taiziwan Residences in China - a premium high-rise residential development that offers luxurious coastal living in an emerging entertainment and cultural precinct in the tech hub of Shenzhen.
Adding to this impressive catalog, Nick has been recognized as an Outstanding Designer at the China Real Estate Design Awards (REARD) for his exceptional design and innovation on the Shenzhen Pengcheng Laboratory Park, which is set to become the city’s preeminent scientific research facility. He has also delivered talks at a number of significant thought leadership events worldwide.
