Matt Bremner is Principal with 10 Design.
He is a lead architect with over 26 years of professional experience leading design teams in the UK and Europe.
His work ranges from the design and delivery of large scale mixed-use contextual urban masterplans, award-winning bespoke office development, projects for the arts and culture through to luxury large scale residential and private house development.
His built work includes the new British High Commission Office for the UK Foreign and
Commonwealth Office in Colombo, Sri Lanka -shortlisted for the RIBA Lubetkin Prize, as well as the UK Embassy in Skopje Macedonia.
In addition, he has worked extensively in the delivery of major new contemporary projects in locations of major historical significance and prominence. This includes the multiple award-winning DMAG museum and arts facility located within the historic heritage quarter of Dunfermline, UK, and the luxury residential Donaldsons development situated within the context of Grade A listed Playfair Building in Edinburgh, UK, sited immediately adjacent to the Unesco Edinburgh World Heritage Site.

He has been responsible for the lead masterplanning design and technical design development of the landmark mixed-use Haymarket project, Edinburgh, UK, incorporating circa 350,000sqft office accommodation, plus associated hotel, car park, retail, leisure & public realm provision.
He is currently responsible for leading the design and delivery of the New Town Quarter project - one of the largest urban redevelopment projects in Edinburgh, UK, transforming an existing brownfield site with a new integrated mixed-used urban development incorporating 80,000sqft of office space and 435 homes of mixed tenure alongside health and wellbeing facilities, public realm and green space.
