EDMOND LAU

Edmond Lau is Principal at 10 Design. With over 20 years of architectural practice, Edmond brings his extensive statutory knowledge and project management experience to the studio. 

He is proficient in China building regulations and is familiar with China statutory submission and approval process.  He had great successes in obtaining statutory approvals for a number of large scale and complex commercial developments throughout the country. 

His project management experience gained from his former tenure at a well-respected property development organization offers in-depth knowledge and skills on project execution and realization.

Currently, his focus is on project administration of several mixed-use developments in China, ensuring design intent is well-coordinated with the consultant teams and close monitoring on design schedule and budget.

Edmond was educated at the University of New South Wales and is a member of the HKIA and PRC Green Building Label Manager.
