As Director of People and Culture, at 10 Design, Zina Charmokly brings 18 years of international experience. She's dedicated to fostering a positive workplace culture, valuing diversity, supporting people, and leading strategic HR initiatives that enhance business performance.
Zina's academic background in Mathematics and Operational Research, a CIPD qualification from the UK, and her early career experiences in London and Dubai have given her a strong foundation in analytical and organisational skills. This has enabled her to effectively manage and understand the complexities of diverse, multicultural work environments.
In her role at 10 Design, Zina will continue to develop and implement the firm’s global HR strategy, ensuring smooth operations across its international studios. Her responsibilities include establishing new offices, promoting growth, and fostering inclusive workplace cultures that encourage collaboration and innovation.
Before joining 10 Design, Zina held senior HR roles at Patriarche, Aedas, and RMJM. In these positions, she led efforts to improve employee engagement, streamline HR processes, and promote diversity and inclusion, leaving a lasting impact on these organisations and shaping her approach to HR leadership.
