We won! We are excited to share that two projects by 10 Design (part of Egis Group) have been named as winners at the 2022 CREDAWARD (China Real Estate Design Award).

Jinwan Aviation City Industrial Service Centre (ISC) won a Gold Award in the Industrial Project category. It is a dynamic incubation platform which offers 54,700sqm of office space for burgeoning startup companies and entrepreneurs. The campus environment with extensive green spaces and shared amenities is designed to ignite social interaction and collaboration, providing a backdrop for business growth in the region.

Jinwan Mall is a Silver Winner in the Shopping Mall category. The 117,000sqm retail scheme envisions the integration of a traditional courtyard garden with hypermodern space. The lakefront development weaves together the main mall, retail street and waterside pavilions with ample outdoor spaces, creating a new paradigm of outdoor retail experience while bringing a new public landmark to Zhuhai’s Jinwan District.
