10 Design’s Dubai office received high commendation at the Middle East Architect Awards 2019 (MEAA) for its mature, provocative, and innovative works in the GCC region. Our Dubai office has achieved well beyond what one would expect in a short span of 7 years since its UAE establishment in 2012.

The Dubai office collaborates closely with 10 Design’s international studios in Hong Kong and Edinburgh to carry out design and technical delivery for projects across the region. Some of the significant projects completed include Al Seef Dubai – The Contemporary Area, Zabeel House and Zabeel House Mini at Al Seef Dubai, Bluewaters Residences, Bluewaters Mosque, Dubai International Financial Centre – Coffee Zone, Al Barari Seventh Heaven and Ashjar Residential Developments, and Dubai Internet City Huawei Headquarters.

MEAA states that “this award recognises firms with less than 50 employees that have made the most significant impact on the GCC region through their work throughout the year, whether they specialise in traditional or modern architecture, or in villas or skyscrapers. Nominations for the award were required to demonstrate a large body of work from across the region, and special consideration were given to firms incorporating unprecedented design, innovative materials, striking forms, and eco-friendliness.”
