Ted Givens, Design Partner, takes us through his design ideas for a lake front shopping mall in Jinwan, China. Ted has created a garden wall to define the street edge of the shopping mall whilst allowing the other side of the site to open up to the lake with a series of terraces and gardens incorporated. This provides a canvas of exciting and active retail concept. The Jinwan Shopping Mall anticipates to welcome shoppers starting in Q4 2020.
