Sun Group has successfully launched sales for #HonThomIsland Premium Residences with a series of events held across major cities in Vietnam. Our Design team, led by Design Principals José Cláudio Silva and Peter Barrett, was invited to share our vision of the masterplan and concept design.

10 Design has envisioned a world-class luxury resort and hospitality destination that leverages stunning vistas of the coast and the natural mountain ridge of Hon Thom Island. The development’s diverse programs unfolds through one kilometres of the coastal frontage, enjoying direct access to premium beaches and uninterrupted ocean views. 

With enhanced connectivity to the wider archipelago, it will become one of the beachside jewels of the local Phu Quoc region and a benchmark waterfront lifestyle destination in Vietnam.
