Standing 210m tall, International Business Centre by 10 Design has started to take shape across the skyline of Zhuhai in China. Inspired by the aerodynamic shape of an aircraft wing, the design by Nick Cordingley and his team captures the spirit of modern aviation.

The twin tower mixed used development has topped out earlier the year with façade installation currently at 50% completion. Our client, Huafa Group, anticipates the project to be in full operation in Q4 2021.

Located in Jinwan Aviation City, the 172,033sqm development comprises 5-star hotel, grade A office, and service apartment spaces, each sharing a sculpted two storey podium.

IBC is amongst the three projects that 10 Design has created for Huafa in the wider development. The neighbouring developments include the recently completed Industrial Service Centre and Jinwan Mall, which is also due to open later this year.
