IBC, a twin-tower mixed use development above a retail podium, will provide a total GFA of circa 172,033sqm. The 210m high Tower 1 will serve as a grade A office building (high-zone: L22- L38) and a 5-star hotel with 300 guest rooms by Marriott (low-zone: L6- L20). Tower 2, which is lower in height at 139.5m tall, will accommodate high-end apartments. Our client, Huafa Group, expects to welcome their first office tenants and hotel guests in Q4 2021.

When built, the project will become an iconic centerpiece within the Jinwan Aviation City development in Zhuhai, China. The design of the twin tower development is inspired by the aerodynamic shape of an aircraft wing, capturing the spirit of modern aviation.
