Earlier this week, 10 Design together with CIMC, China Merchants Shekou, Country Garden and other stakeholders have broken ground on CIMC Office Tower at the new CBD of Prince Bay in Shenzhen.

At the ceremony, the official renderings for the project were revealed. This premium mixed use development is comprised of a 250 meter super high rise office tower and a series of retail pavilions unified around a central courtyard.

Nick Cordingley (Design Partner at 10 Design) said, “Our design concept, ‘Sail Tower’, reflects the important history of the site being the ‘Maritime Silk Road’ during the Ming Dynasty and the significance of the area as a future maritime gateway to the wider Shenzhen district.”
