Conceived by 10 Design. Al Seef Dubai has won another accolade at this year's DNA Paris Design Awards for Architecture/ Commercial & Offices.

Al Seef (The Contemporary Area) is set to enrich Dubai’s vibrant tourism industry by complementing and also rejuvenating the bustling trading locale along Dubai Creek as a F&B, retail, and hospitality destination that appeals to residents and tourists. Regenerating a half kilometre of Dubai Creek, the destination created a multi-layered waterfront with a treasure trove of cafes and restaurants, high-end boutique shops, and an eclectic collection of hotels (Hampton by Hilton and Canopy by Hilton), vibrant boardwalks, and a marina covering over a total GFA of 85,000sqm.
