Construction of the three Jinwan Aviation projects by 10 Design are well under way with anticipated completion between Q4 2019 to Q4 2021. They are the International Business Centre (a twin tower for 174,529sqm of office, hotel & serviced apartments), Industrial Service Centre (a 55,000sqm incubation platform for innovative start-up companies and entrepreneurs), and Jinwan Shopping Mall (a 73,361sqm retail centre with a series of terraces and gardens opened up to Jinwan Lake).

When completed, these landmarks together with the adjacent Cultural Centre by Zaha Hadid will play an instrumental role in shaping this new aviation city.
