Shenzhen International Qianhai Investment has announced the 6 shortlisted bidders selected from 29 entries by international design firms to design a luxury residential community in Qianhai. 10 Design in collaboration with GDAD (Guangdong Architectural Design & Research Institute) is excited to be on the shortlist amongst other international firms including CallisonRTKL, DPA, and SCDA to name a few.

The competition is to design a 253,000sqm residential development on a site comprising 4 plots: 19-07-02, 19-07-03, 19-07-05, and 19-08-03.

Final competition design will be submitted next month for final judging.
