10 Design’s Pazhou Twin Towers Top Out in Guangzhou
Huabang International Centre by 10 Design has just been topped out in Guangzhou, China. 10 Design’s vision is to create a new gateway in the Pazhou district, an important new CBD which will be developed to lead the City of Guangzhou into an international innovation and technology centre within the Greater Bay Area. This new emerging district will become a new home to many internationally renowned e-commerce giants like Tencent, Alibaba and Xiaomi.
This iconic destination is a twin tower development linked by a public skydeck, rising over 100m in height above Pazhou. One of the towers will be trade-marked as Huabang Headquarters whilst the other tower will accommodate a five star hotel and serviced apartment, totaling approximately 145,000sqm GFA. The development is scheduled to welcome its office tenants and hotel guests by Q4 2020.
The twin towers are prominently positioned with its north fronting along the Zhujiang River providing spectacular views across the river to the striking skyline of Guangzhou. The development also sits in close proximity to the Zhujiang Brewery Heritage Park, home to a vibrant community of entertainment, culture, restaurants, and bars.
The Huabang International Centre will provide a vibrant and dynamic workplace and public destination to the internationally recognised Pazhou district.
