10 Design in collaboration with our parent company, Egis is designing a landmark project in Ukraine - the Ecopolis HTZ business park in the city of Kharkiv. The project will further expand our design footprint across key European cities.  

Design Partner, Paul Rodgers says: “It is a great opportunity to redevelop and reimagine this industrial site for Ecopolis HTZ.  Our masterplan will provide a robust and resilient framework for a state of the art research and development facility for Kharkiv.”

Set to combine business, industry, advanced developments, and research, our design for this project will form an important part of the urban and industrial framework in Kharkiv, Ukraine. Ecopolis HTZ will be the centre of technological research and development for the city, a platform for modern science-intensive industries and a driver of growth and innovation.

The project has just kick started.  We look forward to reveal the design in due course.
