10 Design has been commissioned to design the interiors for a major retail mall by CIFI Group in Changde, China.

Jointly designed by Design Partners Chin Yong Ng and Lukasz Wawrzenczyk, the proposed interior scheme for CIFI provides 146,000sqm of experiential retail spaces including a contemporary lifestyle bookstore, an all-weather running track, a kid’s zone, ample greenery spaces, and an extensive gastronomy offer with cafes, food courts, fine dining and more.

Located within a wider masterplan of 67ha, the mall will provide a vibrant retail and leisure community which will anchor the new Chengdong District.
