China Resources' (CR Land) Grand MixC Phase 2, located in the new CBD of Hengqin Island in Zhuhai, China, is a large scale mixed-use development with retail as a major component to help create an active and dynamic new city center.

Phase 2 forms part of the 665,000sqm wider masterplan, also conceived by 10 Design. The planning for Phase 2 is rooted in the idea of connectivity. All six commercial towers are interconnected by a network of footbridges and a series of retail components at the basement.

Through these connections, natural, convenient and dynamic links are established across all parcels to create an efficient flow to each of the city block. These connections will reinforce and support commercial viability through a variety of different retail elements.
