10 DESIGN is delighted that Zhuhai Jinwan Huafa Mall, which we have led the design for, has received two awards at the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards 2019: Best Retail Development in Mainland China and Best Retail Development in Asia (Regional Winner).

The Awards ‘recongnise the region’s finest in real estate across Asia’. Many congratulations to Huafa Group for their extraordinary achievement.

10 DESIGN looks forward to the opening of Zhuhai Jinwan Huafa Mall in Q4 2020. This lake front mall is positioned as a major anchor to attract residents, workers, and visitors to the wider Zhuhai Jinwan Aviation City. Within this same site, 10 DESIGN is also the lead design architect for the Industrial Services Centre and International Business Centre. Both of which anticipate to welcome their first tenants in 2020 and 2021 respectively.
