Pendry Park City is a ski-in/lift-out community of luxury residences in the heart of Park City, Utah, offering a refreshingly modern and social alternative to the traditional “mountain lodge” ski experience. SB Architects drew from Pendry’s signature blend of service, design and the celebration of culture to inspire a design that departs from the traditional log cabin aesthetic, reinterpreting Park City’s past within a new, more modern architectural vernacular.
With 150 fully-serviced guestrooms and suites, ranging from cozy studios to luxurious four-bedroom penthouse residences, the property also features four distinct lounge, restaurant, and bar venues. Notably, it includes the exclusive rooftop bar and pool, making it the only one of its kind in the area.
