The "Garden Oasis" project is a proposed as a new mixed use development in the heart of Muscat the city offering a unique lifestyle, leisure and entertainment destination for the city. The proposed site area covers 2ha with the development comprising approx. 71,000sqm GFA of F&B/ retail/leisure, office, hotel, events and hotel apartments.
Taking advantage of the site's central location within the City of Muscat together with its excellent connectivity, the vision for the proposed new development is to create a vibrant new destination for the city. The site will be home to a new 5 star hotel and associated apartments providing accommodation for visitors and more permanent residents.
