We are pleased to see progress on-site for the Zhuhai Convention and Exhibition Centre (CEC) Phase 2 Development by 10 Design (part of Egis Group), which is expecting façade completion by Q3 this year!

Following the completion of Zhuhai CEC Phase 1 in 2017, 10 Design has won the international design competition for Phase 2 development to bring additional convention space, 2 office towers and retail programs totaling 273,000 sq m to the Zhuhai Shizimen CBD.

The design reinforces the development's key concept of an undulating 1,200-metre Urban Ribbon that links the city with the waterfront by framing and activating a grand public plaza to draw in pedestrians from adjacent communities. With the distinctive coastal setting and world-class facilities, the Zhuhai Convention and Exhibition Centre will offer a compelling platform for businesses and communication across the Greater Bay Area.
