The Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) International Conference is next week!

Invited to serve as a Juror of the CTBUH Awards program, our Design Principal José Cláudio Silva will attend the event on 17-18 Oct, exchanging insights and knowledge frontiers with our peers across the industry.

Resonating with the event theme of “Humanizing High Density – People, Nature & the Urban Realm”, José will also present our latest design of South Lake Urban Complex (SLUC), a green and porous mixed-use development located in Hanoi’s Starlake District.

The innovative scheme is the result of joint design efforts from our Hong Kong and Singapore studios, with Senior Design Principal Leonard Milford RIBA Coag and Associate Principal Alexey Golbraykh creating the winning design at competition stage and José leading the design development and delivery to date. It introduces a network of public green spaces that extends vertically into the architecture, setting a new benchmark for sustainable planning and humanized high-density developments in the region.
