Our designs for the Galaxy Moonbay Renaissance Hotel in China have come to the next stage of fruition with the recent facade installation. The hotel forms part of a mixed-use leisure destination masterplan, which 10 Design has led on, located on the scenic banks of the West Tai Lake in the Yangtze River Delta region of Changzhou.

The five-star Renaissance hotel operated by Marriott International features 363 rooms and suites and is set to welcome its first guests in 2022.

The rest of the scheme which is set to complete in 2024 comprises of serviced apartments, conference and leisure facilities as well as a retail offering supported by food and beverage outlets and an inviting public realm. The vision which has informed our designs is of a garden environment that helps to increase public accessibility to the lake.
