We’re excited to share the recent launch of CR Land’s Xi’an CCBD Project, an iconic urban complex situated at the heart of Xi’an, China!

This ambitious mixed-commercial development is the trailblazer for the area's urban regeneration, boasting a sprawling 560,000 square-metre space. Setting a benchmark for experiential retail, the destination features premium retail, office, hotel, and serviced apartments.


It's been a privilege for 10 Design (part of Egis Group) to collaborate with CR Land and the consultant teams, including Heatherwick Studio, Goettsch Partners, Lacime Architects and JZFZ, on this landmark project, which is set to become the city's new epicenter of culture, business, and innovation.

As the retail design architect, we aimed to infuse the rich history of Xi'an into the development while crafting a vibrant, unmatched interactive retail experience. Thoughtfully designed spaces are strategically embedded within the circulation path, encouraging visitors to explore and engage with the innovative architecture, and in-between spaces.

The project is currently under construction and expected to complete in phases from late 2024. Stay tuned for more details to come.
