SEAB takes a close look at our ISC scheme, which was inspired by the concept of a flowing stream. The office buildings are seamlessly integrated with the landscaped central green spaces and man-made lake, creating a destination with opportunities for interaction, collaboration, and visibility.

The paired blocks with central atriums neatly weave in office spaces with publicly accessible government facilities and amenities to reinforce permeability and interaction.

 

The ISC is a new dynamic incubation platform in Zhuhai, China, providing an office campus for startup companies and entrepreneurs in Jinwan Aviation City.
