In 2021, 10 Design  (part of Egis Group) leveraged its placemaking expertise to create the winning competition proposal for Huafa Snow World, a 130-hectare entertainment destination in the burgeoning tech hub, Qianhai Bay. Construction is underway and once complete in 2025, the destination will boast the largest indoor ski centre in the world.
