Our Design Principal, José Cláudio Silva from our Singapore office, is taking part in the 7th annual Mixed-use and Transit-Oriented Development conference next Monday, July 31st, to exchange global best practices and innovative solutions for the creation of future liveable cities with a panel of industry experts.

José will speak on the topic of ‘Decentralizing the CBD’, utilizing his years of experience to solidify the necessity and benefits of recalibrating central business districts into vibrant public spaces that respond to the diverse needs of the wider community.

We’re seeing a rise in mixed-use and TOD developments being used as tools to break down high-density cities, and this conference is the perfect platform to address the need for community building, exploring new, effective approaches to unlocking the social, economic, and public value of land.
