In a week of great news, we’re excited to share that MixC Sungang in Shenzhen, China, has won Best Commercial Architecture at this year’s REARD Global Design Award!

Led by Design Principals, Chin Yong Ng, and Ted Givens, the team has successfully converted a former warehouse site into a retail-gastronomy destination, marking a significant milestone for the ongoing area revitalization. By integrating the traditional marketplace concept with experiential retail, MixC Sungang delivers an immersive sensory encounter appealing to consumers of all ages and backgrounds.
