MixC Sungang Takes Home Silver at the CREDAWARDS!
We’re thrilled to share that MixC Sungang, CR Land’s new gastronomic-retail destination in Shenzhen, China, has received a Silver Award in the ‘Commercial Project – Shopping Mall’ category at this year’s @CREDAWARD!
Led by Design Principals, Chin Yong Ng and Ted Givens AIA, the team reimagined the former warehouse site into a 78,890 square-meter retail and F&B space topped with two Grade-A office towers. Seamlessly blending the traditional marketplace with experiential retail, MixC Sungang is a vibrant, community focused space, providing an immersive sensory experience that connects users with nature.
