We’re thrilled to share that our design for Jinwan Huafa International Business Centre (IBC) and MixC Sungang have received a Silver Award at this year’s London Design Awards.

Situated on a prime waterfront site in Zhuhai, China, IBC is a mixed-use complex spanning 172,033 square meters, encompassing a hotel, office space, serviced apartments, and retail. As part of the 3.8 square kilometer masterplan for the new Jinwan Aviation City, the design draws inspiration from the aerodynamic forms of flight, featuring elegant twin towers evoking a pair of aircraft wings. The towers stand in strong dialogue with each other, creating a dynamic gateway and framing views while inviting wind to flow through the site. This signature development acts as a catalyst of growth and a new focal point for the district.

MixC Sungang, CR Land’s new gastronomic-retail destination in Shenzhen, China, is a reimagined former warehouse site transformed into a 78,890 square-meter retail and F&B space topped with two Grade-A office towers. The concept breaks away from the conventional shopping mall design and instead takes cues from traditional market squares, offering an immersive sensory experience for consumers and serving as a vibrant hub for the surrounding community. MixC Sungang is poised to drive growth in Sungang's emerging CBD and presents a unique opportunity for citizens to reconnect with nature and their communities in the bustling city of Shenzhen.
