The Summer International Shopping Mall is one of the world’s largest retail developments located in Mainland China. The project comprises over 500,000sqm of retail, commercial, hotel, and residential space. Located at the point where the mountains meet the city grid, the project is conceived as a dynamic urban “super wall” defining the street edge and containing and protecting a sequence of softer public spaces beyond.
