Jointly led by Design Principals Chin Yong Ng and Ted Givens, the development transforms a former warehouse into a retail-gastronomy destination, aggregating a rich mix of dining and gastronomic experience under one roof. 

Drawing inspiration from the traditional markets, the design also creates a vibrant communal space in the future CBD of Sungang with diverse art and cultural programmes to maximise public engagement.

This mixed use development comprises 78,890sqm of shopping and F&B space with two office towers above providing 102,320sqm of workspace.
