The urban 'superwall' is made up of a series of giant, stacked stone, steel, and LED blocks that recess and project to form a dynamic street façade. LED 'blocks' act as media and light entry gateways highlighting primary mall entrances and activities beyond. Behind these gates the softer organic spaces, planted terrace buildings, and street forms lie within a "secret garden". The terraces, in the heart of the site, are sculpted to reflect and direct the flow of pedestrian movement through the site. Undulating terraced valleys traverse the site which opens to create external plazas and close to create intimate shaded courtyards.

At the centre of this 'secret garden' are elevated public terraces which surround a multi-level external stage and entertainment area. The retail and entertainment hubs are organised around this public space animating and linking the external spaces by internal bridge connections and external terraces.

The project aims to evolve the standard retail model to create a series of rich and diverse retail and entertainment environments. These spaces are connected by a series of significant external civic and public space being gifted back to the community. Boundaries are blurred between inside and outside spaces and allow a seamless perspective of landscape, architecture, and interiors.
