Senior Architects / Associate

All candidates must have:

Degree in Architecture from a well-established university;
Minimum 7 years’ postgraduate experience gained in a large international practice or on award winning projects;
Qualified Architect with experience leading international high-quality commercial / hospitality projects through all work stages
Extensive design experience for large scale projects and front-end client/consultant presentation;
Previous international working experience ideally gained in the Middle East or Asia would be an advantage;
Strong modelling and post-production skills;
Strong desire to deliver excellent architectural design;
Sound knowledge of Rhino and Revit;
Excellent communication and organisation skills;
Senior positions require strong people management skills with proven experience in directing small teams delivering quality design whilst working to tight deadlines.

Architectural Designer / Senior Architectural Designer

All candidates must have:

Degree or Master of Architecture;
Minimum 3 years of relevant postgraduate experience;
Strong desire to deliver excellent architectural design;
Strong modelling and post-production skills;
Excellent sense of graphics and design concepts;
Design experience on various scale projects and front-end client/consultant presentations;
Working experience ideally gained in Asia or Middle East would be an advantage;
Retail, Mixed-use / Hotel and Hospitality experience is advantageous;
Sound knowledge of Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, Maya, AutoCAD and Photoshop;
3D Max experience is advantageous;
Fluent written and spoken English is essential or Chinese language skills are advantageous.
More experienced candidates may be considered for a higher position.

Senior Interior Designer / Associate, Interior

All candidates must have:

Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from a recognised university;
Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in Interior Design or equivalent;
Experience in conceptual design and space planning for retail projects;
Strong design flair and the ability to present concept ideas to clients;
Self-motivated, Independent with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Sound knowledge of Sketchup, AutoCAD, Photoshop and Indesign necessary. Revit, Rhino and Enscape knowledge advantageous;
Fluent in English and Mandarin;
Senior positions require strong people management skills with proven experience in directing small teams and delivering quality design whilst working to tight deadlines.

Senior Associate / Associate Director, Interior

All candidates must have:

Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an internationally recognised university;
Minimum 12 years of relevant postgraduate working experience;
Extensive technical experience in large scale retail projects, direct front-end client and consultant interaction;
Experience in project & client managing, multidisciplinary coordination, documentation production and coordination of information for each of the work stages through to project completion;
Strong desire to deliver excellent interior design;
Excellent writing skills, with the ability to craft letters, reports, presentations and proposals;
Excellent command in English & Mandarin is necessary.

Edinburgh or London

Senior Architect / Associate

All candidates must have:

Degree in Architecture or Urban Design from a recognised university;
Minimum of 7 years professional experience;
Concept design focused producing design solutions independently under the guidance of a design Director/Principal;
Experience within a tier one architecture practice working on international projects, ideally gained in the Middle East or Asia would be highly beneficial;
Ability to design and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Strong modelling and post-production skills;
Excellent Rhino skills required;
Sound knowledge of Revit AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and 3D Max
