10 Design won the first prize in an international design competition for the China-Taiwan Cross Strait Forum and CBD in Pingtan, one of the governments' flagship developments to spur trade and political communications between Taiwan and Mainland China. The Planning Bureau of Pingtan subsequently appointed 10 Design for the overall Masterplanning of the CBD and Conceptual Design for the Forum and Exhibition Zones of the project.
